I don't know how to fix it, i tried multiple times but same error. It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.

 

If you continue to see this error, raise a support request.

Hi @Muhammad Mukkarram welcome to the community.  I've seen that message on a few other community posts.  If you're the site admin, I would recommend contacting support at support.atlassian.com (then click the 'contact' link) and see if they can help you.

Hi Team,
I am also facing the same issue and not able login and getting the below error.
It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.
