Hi, I am trying to create a issue but unable create a issue. I am getting an error "Somethings gone wrong refresh the page and try again".
I even tried refreshing the page but getting the same error
Hi @Sai kumar welcome to the community. Have you possibly tried other browsers or another computer to see if it's related to the browser? Do other people on your instance have the same issue? Just trying to troubleshoot/narrow down the issue.
After you've done all that, I would probably open a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com) to see if they can assist further.
Hope that helps.
Hi @Dan Breyen ,
I have tried the following things.
1) logged in with different browsers- no luck
2) tried on different computer- no luck
other people in my team are also facing the same issue.
I have setup the workflow yesterday. Please raise a support ticket. We wanted to start using jira for our new project.
please support in resolving this.
