I am getting an error "somethings gone wrong" while creating a issue

Hi, I am trying to create a issue but unable create a issue. I am getting an error "Somethings gone wrong refresh the page and try again".

I even tried refreshing the page but getting the same error.

Is the issue only for you or all your colleagues have the same issue ? 

If its only for you, then Please log out of jira, clear all your browser cache, login back and check. 
You can also try in different browser. 

If the issue is for all users, please create ticket in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
