I am admin of the site and some how i have lost access to the jira software product. Is there a way
Hi Neha, I assume the rest of your post should read "Is there a way... to regain access." Now when you say you have lost access do you mean you can't log in or you don't recall the URL or you don't recall your password or what? Are others able to log in? Are you the only admin? If not have another admin check on your userid under User management.
