I always get error when using Test Automation

I always get error as picture below and I am not sure what is the meaning of this error message because I has been filled all mandatory field.

Hi @Noon Odds , thanks for your question.

It looks like you are using an app for this testing. Have you tried contacting the vendor for support with this? If you think there is not a problem with the Task in Jira, reach out to the testing app and see if they can help, or if you are anyway on their Atlassian Marketplace page, normally there you can also find a link to their product documentation to see if someone else has had this issue.
