Hi,

I Want to add the comments from email itself to the Notification of JIRA Tickets .Which Automatically Updated On the JIRA Ticket.I Found Some articles which brings lot of Confusion :https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/creating-issues-and-comments-from-email-861253784.html. Please help me out in implementing this  in a step by step Process  Which will be helpful a Lot.

Hi @Peddiboyina Nagendrababu,

Your link references the server version though your tags mention Jira cloud. If it is cloud I would look at the corresponding documentation.
