I WAS SEEKING HELP THERE AND THIS WAS PRESENTED

THEN IT APPEARS TO HAVE NOT BEEN DIREECTLY CONNECTED TO THEM

IF YOU GUYS KNOW HOW TO GET THEIR HELP PLEASE SEND ME THE INFO

On that page there is a link for getting support.

That leads to a Jira Cloud instance that they use. There it appears you can click on the Create button to create your support question.

What you have stumbled on here is a User Community for questions about the Jira product from Atlassian. We are not the owners of the Jira Cloud instance used by Greenshot.
