Hi Everyone,
I work for a company that involves a lot of machine learning (and waiting for computers to calculate things), therefore we tend to bounce around between a lot of products.
This makes a "pure scrum" workflow of having a single sprint on a single product a little restricting. I was wondering if people could recommend any plug-ins that can do the following features:
#1 - Tree view of a project, which includes subtasks on the structure
#2 - Total view. A page that includes all issues from all products in a single view with priority and assignments. You should be able to categorize for projects, priority and assignment.
#3 - ‘Worksheet for the day’ instead of ‘Your work’. This worksheet handles priority over multiple projects and sprints where priority is visible.
You should have the possibility to re-arrange the order of the visible tasks.
#4 - Overview of all ‘Worksheet of the day’. A view where all of our employee's worksheets are visible.
Hi, @Peter Dowsett. The Atlassian Marketplace has a number of products that can help you achieve some or all of the above.
But everyone's needs and desires are different. In addition to asking for recommendations, you'll ultimately have to "kick some tires."
You can start now... Do some keyword searches on the marketplace and look at total installs and review ratings while you wait for others to share their experiences here.
One such product is Structure for Jira (full disclosure, I work for the company that makes it). You can use it to create "structures" that look exactly as you describe above or any other way for that matter. Our support team is ready/willing/able to assist and help you get started.
I hope this helps,

Thanks Dave,
I was looking already and, as it happens, I had already found Structure.
I just found it a little bit hard to tell from the sales page if it would do a report of all jobs assigned to a particular user in priority order?
If it does this I would be willing to give it a shot :)
