Hw to get email notification arrive faster

Dear all,

I am actually a customer partner on Atlassian and today we are using Jira Data Center architecture in whish we can configured email notification to be send right away without any delay or even in batch

We are running actually different testing in Jira cloud and we noticed that after updating an issue comment or status for example, the email notification is received after 3 to 5 minutes.

In our users case, users need to be information faster about about notification.

is there a way in Jira cloud to speed up this sending email to be faster ?
