How / were can I see who started a sprint?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

For our ISAE compliancy we described the process of planning and starting a sprint. The most crucial control of this process is a log were you can see when and by whom the sprint has been started.

After some research in Jira we could only find this info for closing a sprint (in the sprint report), but not for starting a sprint.

Please let me know if this information is available and were?
