How we can add Severity to be present in the Slack integration information

How we can add Severity to be present in the Slack integration information

We rely heavily on the real time message on Slack for newly created bugs posted on the Slack . We gain much value from this visibility but need to display the Severity of the bugs. Today the Severity field is not an option to configure.

The priority field is not sufficient . Can you please help us.

I think you might need to look through https://help.nextup.ai/en/articles/4311885-configuring-fields-displayed-in-slack - I know the app supports creating issues with custom fields ("Severity" will be a custom field - Jira deliberately does not have it as a system field), but I'm less sure on how to display it where you're looking.
