How tu Unlock a user

@Fernando López RodríguezAre you  JIRA administrator ?

if you  are then you  need to  go  to  the Admin  button  > User management  > search  for  user in the  Filter users  search  box then  under  actions    click  Edit  and then  click  Active check  box  then update.  But  not  you also  need to  add user back  to  Jira_users group  for example in other to  be able to  access JIRA. this   group  depends on the group which  you  have set  in your  application  access configuration.

If  you  are not  then you  need to  contact  your JIRA administrator.

Thanks Moses, thats when the user is Inactive, the problema is that its locked because of to many wrong password tries.

How can I unlock the user?

@Fernando López RodríguezYou need  to  search  for user under User management 

then  reset  failed login   "doing this you have cleared CAPTCHA" and the  try  to  login with  correct password if you  have forgotten after first  try  then Just  reset  password and  login again.
