Hello community!
I'm new to the Jira community and have limited experience with the tool but need some help with an issue I'm having.
I have created a request form in Proforma that creates an issue in Jira when submitted. Within that form I have about 8 different groups available in a multi-select dropdown.
What I'm hoping for is when a customer initiates the form and chooses a team in that dropdown, that team gets an email notification. How do I link those teams in the dropdown to the email notification. Its not always the same group that needs to get notified.
