I use a Jira software for coordinating digital tools development and that is pretty good. However, I am not a Jira expert and perhaps you can help me.
The situation is that there are 3 environments (dev, UAT & Prod) and 20 countries were new features to be implemented continuously. Additionally there are several characteristics (business rules, screen configurations etc.) to be applied separately for each pair environment+country. It is a tremendous headache to update & monitor all the changes, now the team tracks them in Excel file and that is not absolutely not productive way of working.
Do you have any suggestions how to setup Jira to monitor all the changes? I was thinking about any report, but perhaps for that I need to upload the list of the countries and characteristics need to be traced. Anyway any ideas are welcome and thanks in advance!
