How to use Jira Scrum Board offline?

Is there a way to use Jira Scrum Board offline? Would be nice for people like me which are working while sitting in the train or airplane.

Jira does not natively support offline access, as it is designed to be an active service requiring an internet connection to interact with its cloud or server-based systems.
