How to use Filter Count Gadget to display number of tickets per escalation level on a dashboard?

I am trying to create a display that uses the filter count gadget and wanted to check if it is possible to use this gadget to show the risks by escalation level. For example if I have 20 risks on the project, can I use this gadget to display how many of those 20 are reportable, internal, team or is it only used to show total numbers?

Hello @Sharif Alsughair 

You can use the gadget to show the counts of issues based on the values of different fields or based on JQL criteria. 

You have to first specify the filter or project that includes all the issues that you want to divided into counts.

You can use the Build Custom Count option to create a JQL to count the number of issues based on JQL criteria:

Use Build custom count multiple times to build JQLs for each group you want to count.
