How to upgrade from version 6 to 7 and transfer to the cloud

How to upgrade jira  from version 6 to 7 and transfer to the cloud. If I take a backup and try to pick it up in the cloud, then it gives all sorts of errors and fails.
And transfer confluence to the cloud from backup

I forgot to add a very important (probably) actual license for 25 users, but we don’t have so much ... 10 will be enough, what does it mean to go to the cloud? and there are some nuances on the transition from the 25th floor. by 10 while keeping everything you need

The server-to-cloud migration doc used to specifically state that you must export from a very recent version of the software.  It now only "recommends being on the latest version", but it really does mean you should be on a very recent version - at the very least, one that is not past end of life, and I wouldn't currently recommend anything below 7.12.

So, start by upgrading jira from 6.x to 6.4 (if it's not already 6.4), then 7.0, then 7.13.

Confluence might be easier, there's a migration helper now, but look to https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/migrate-from-confluence-server-to-cloud-724765529.html for details.
