How to update Workflow in Old Issues, if a New Workflow is introduced for the same Issue type?

I'm planning to associate a Issue Type(Sub-Task) to a new workflow scheme (from Default Scheme), after this change whenever a new Sub-Task is created it will follow the new workflow but how do I convert the workflow in the old Sub-Tasks which was already transitioned to some state.

I have tried using Bulk Change, but it allows me to change the transition state but not the workflow.

"Administration" > "Issues" > "Workflows" and create the new one. Then go to "Administration" > "Issues" > "Workflow Schemes" and modify the workflow scheme for Sub-Tasks

Thanks Khan, but it is not updating the Old Issues of the same issue type with the new workflow

You need to map the issue type to the workflow in the workflow scheme.If its done have you done Re-Indexing and try
