How to unfreeze files upload icon and force unfinished uploads when editing a comment?

We are experiencing two bugs with the Jira product:

1. File attachments get stuck during upload and progress bars never finish, which subsequently blocks users from saving comments

2. Files upload icon freeze and it is unresponsive when editing a comment so we can't upload files at all

Hi @Kenan Tair it sounds like you may be running into JRACLOUD-97742 or JRACLOUD-95819  feel free to vote for them and watch them for updates.

There are a few others on Atlassian's Jira Site that may be related. 

If those aren't it, does the size of the attachment matter?  Does it happen for all users?  Have you tried another browser?  

If that doesn't change things, if you can narrow down a workflow, your System Administrator could create a work item for Atlassian Support to weigh in on.
