How to undo a bulk issue conversation migration?

I was attempting to move an Epic from one board to another and in the process I took a wrong step which resulted in majority of the tasks/feature tickets becoming their own epics. Anyone know how I can reverse this change?

There is no "undo" option for bulk changes.

What was the filter you used to select the issues initially?

You will basically have to construct an appropriate filter to select those issues again and "move" them through Bulk Change to the correct issue type. I suspect if they had parent issues specified (i.e. parent Epics) that information may have been lost except in the issue history.
