How to turn on email notofications

I turned off email notifications for a project and want to turn it on. How could I do that? When I hit project settings -> notifications I do not see the "Action" button

How did you "turn off" the notifications? Have you tried reversing that?

Click on "actions" at the top right

Ah, ok, you'll need to get admin rights to get the notifications actions access.
