How to trigger a monthly e-mail with a sum of all timespent in a certain project?

Hi! So I want to create an automated rule that sends an e-mail every month with the amount of time spent on a certain project in the previous month only.

So even if I there are tasks with worklogs in past months, I need that only the time reported last month to be considered.

How can I do this?
