Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are no "rights" to transfer, beyond ownership of systems that you might have signed up for and paid for.

Make sure a representative of the company has admin rights in your Jira (and other Atlassian systems) and then go to site administration and make sure they (or other representatives) are named as technical and billing contacts.  You'll then be able to remove yourself from administrative, technical and billing, effectively transferring everything to the company.
