How to track time on subtasks in Kanban Board

I want to create time tracker in Kanban Board for the subtasks (from Scrum Board) in order to know how much the dev team is working. How do I know the start date and end date of the sub task and the status should be moved to QA from In Progess?

Also I am unable to find the same time tracker only for sub-tasks in the Scrum Board.
