How to synchronize BigPicture and Jira fields?

I am a new user(admin) to Jira and have installed BigPicture & BigGantt app to start my 1st project. I am on the screen."How to synchronize BigPicture and Jira fields?"

When I click 'Next ' button, I get validation error "Provided field is not suitable for SchedulingMode values."

I am unable to proceed.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You're seeing this error because one of the required BigPicture fields — specifically Scheduling Mode — is not correctly mapped to a valid Jira field.

Go to “More Fields” and either map Scheduling Mode to a compatible custom field (like a single-select list) or leave it unmapped to use BigPicture’s default.

Alternatively, click “Reset to defaults” at the bottom and proceed — this resolves the issue for most new setups.

Note - The above options may vary because of the new navigation implementation in Jira cloud.

Hi @sobin paul , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

I appreciate it's not very clear but I believe the Team Code | Labels mapping might be the problem from the screens here - https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/pages/297635027/Field+mapping 

I would generally recommend if you are having difficult with a plugin to reach out to the vendor for support - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212259/bigpicture-project-management-ppm?hosting=cloud&tab=support as they are the experts on their product and best placed to help. If you don't manage to get out of this screen by mapping the Team Code onto something else, also temporarily, I would open a ticket.
