How to sync Jira with my outlook personal calendar? I'm experiencing an error.

Hi there, I would love to sync Jira with my Outlook personal calendar, so I can manage all my affairs via Jira. However, I'm experiencing an error, stating that 'You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.' Please see the screenshots below.
My Outlook calendar is my professional calendar as I'm currently using Jira to manage tasks as well as for business creation.
Can you please help/guide me on how to overcome this issue? Much appreciated!
