How to switch off SMS transmission from JIRA

My predecessor configured JIRA to send an SMS for blocker or critical issues. Now the project manage wants this feature switched off. How do I do this?

I have no idea where to look. Please help!

I am afraid we can't help here.  We have less information than you do.  You need to work out what your previous admin did to enable SMS in order to give us the info we need, but it is almost certain that the info we need to help you will tell you what to do!

You need to check what makes SMS go out and stop it - asking us is a good move, but we can't help you without knowing almost all of "what makes SMS go out"
