How to switch from free-plan of user to Standard plan, if we're a company?

Hi Community,

Currently we are using Jira Software free trial plan, as an independent account of one person. However, we want to switch to the Standard plan as a company.

So, how we can migrate our projects without any losses from this personal account to the company account?

Or, is it possible to expand the personal account to the company paid account, if previously I have registered as an individual person?

One more thing to clarify, how it would billed once we switch from the individual account to the company account?

Hi @Marzhan Amanzholova ,

Your site admin has go to Jira settings --> Billings 
Click Manage against the required product. Then you can convert from free to Other plans.
