At this moment we have several sites in development and each one is a separate in Jira Cloud project. We want to introduce story points to improve efficiency and get a better overview of how much time all the projects take. Up until now we have used Kanban boards per project.
Right now we can set sprints and add the points per issue. But I'm wondering if it is possible to get a view of all the projects and see how many points are set per project (and per person)?
I hope one of you can help me,
Kinds regards

Within Jira, sprints are associated w/ a Scrum board not a specific project. You can create a scrum board using a JQL filter that references multiple projects if desired. The one thing you will want to take care with is to not overlap your scrum boards. That is, lets say you want one scrum board that cover all issues in project-A, all issues in project-B but only some issues in project-C. The remaining issues in project-C will be handled by some other means, either a kanban or scrum board. You will want to ensure that the multi-project scrum board needs to only pick up part of C and make sure the other kanban/scrum board only picks up the remaining.
