All new items are automatically assigned to team leader. After being assigned, team leader has to open all tickets and assign them to team members. Is it possible a random or rule based sorting to team members? Ideally, it should be sorted based on issue type...

Dear @Rodrigo Vieira Machado Prota ,

state-of-the-art in modern working environments is a shift form push- to pull-thinking. Enable your employees that they take the issues themselves instead of giving them "direct orders".

This will lead to more responsibility, better quality and more motivation for the employees. If you say, "this can and will never work" - probably you have the wrong employees (or manages).

So long

Hi @Thomas Deiler

No problems with employees and managers here :)

We were exactly trying to avoid to obligate team leader to distribute tickets to team members and, at the same time, find a way that team members acknowledge new items when they arrive.

The solution found was to keep tickets unassigned as default and to set up a new notification for all new tickets to appropriate role. Now, everyone receives the notification of new items and anyone can have ownership on time.

Regards,

Rodrigo

Dear @Rodrigo Vieira Machado Prota ,

well done! Notify-Pull sounds quite good. Anyhow what you implemented is a kind of Kanban. One backlog/todo where everybody can pull issues. Just the prioritization is missing, or?

So long

Thomas
