How to show user status on Software Project

On a business project you can see the users status (away, busy etc) but on a software project you cannot - is this something that is configurable? Can this option be added to a software project

Hello @Andy Christley ,

Currently, this is not available on software project. Sometimes, there is a glitch that you can actually see the status of the current logged in user (which would be you) and the active status - but this is really rare. Probably Atlassian is testing this out.
