I have a Kanban board built on a filter query >> "labels = access_request"

This board contains any issue from any project with the label "access_request"

However, if someone adds the label "access_request" to a sub-task, the sub-task does not show up in the Kanban board.

Is it possible to display a sub-task in the kanban board if the parent task/story does not also have the label? I cannot figure out how to get it to show up.

is the status of sub-task are correctly mapped to columns in kanban board, if not it won't show up

Check these settings

navigation : Ellipses> board settings > columns > then map the status to respective column21.JPG
