How to show multi-select field options in the bullet-point format in the view screen?

I added a multi-select field in the create screen which allows the user to select multiple options out of the given choices. When I view the selected choices on the viewscreen, it doesn't show those selected choices in the same format. Viewscreen doesn't contain those options in the bullet point format, rather it shows them as a single line which is much difficult to read.
