How to show empty 'Due date' field?

We have Jira Cloud and in some issues we set due date while creating, some not. And then in some projects this field is shown on issue screen but on some not. Is there a way to show it? I can't find the difference between any settings.

JIra doesn't show fields if they are empty. I presume they aren't being shown if the due date isn't set, correct?

as you can see on the picture, Due date isn't set and shown none. On others without due date you don't see it.
