How to show custom field on Issues screen for Bug

Created a custom field with values, it does not appear on Create Issue for Bug nor on the Bug screen, what am I missing to make it appear.

After creating the field you should have been asked what screens and issue types it should belong to. If you missed that step you need to add the field to the screens used by Bugs. Also make sure it is assigned to Bugs.
