How to show a screen to update fields when changing issue status ?

When I update status of a bug from Resolved to Reopen for example, I want to see a pop-up window with field Assignee and Comment to input value, how can I set it up ?

As an admin, create a new "screen", adding just the "assignee" field to it.

Edit the workflow for your project.  Find the transition from resolved to re-open.

Look at the definition for it, you should see "Screen: none" - change that to your new screen.

The comment field will appear as well as assignee, if the user has "comment" permissions.
