Hi guys! I am kind of new in setting up a Project and I guess it would not help asking for help here. I tried to look for questions related to mine, but all I read were not quite like my Situation.

I have 1 project with 5 different small teams working on it. They will all have team-specific backlogs that might have some connections. The sprints will all be the same for all teams. As the project is a small one, we are only going to work with Epics and stories. (I am thinking about +- 20 epics with 10 stories each)

What is the best way to set it up?

This is what I could think of:

  1. Using Epics to differentiate each team, and then everyone will have the possibility to see all user stories in the backlog, and also filter by epic to see its owns stories.
  2. Create a different board for each team. The backlog will be the same for everyone, and then assign each story to a specific board (team).
  3. Treat each team as a “component” and then each story will have to be set and assigned to this component, so we can separate them.
  4. I think we can also just label each User Story as team related (Like label “team1” and “team2”).

Thank you in advance for reading this and for the attention.
