I Add someone into eIDV project and set as a user/BA/business owner, but she cannot create tickets in this project, either cannot add comments in tickets.
May I know which roles have the permission to create tickets in this project and add comments in tickets?
Or can I(I'm admin) edit these permission for each role?
You should create a permission scheme with single permission associated to one or more project role, then associate permission scheme to project and, finally, put users/groups in a project role.
