How to set some default values for Some particular Customers not for the issue type

Actually, my query is When X customer trying to raise a ticket in the service desk portal, If X customer raises the ticket it needs to populate differently values Only for that X customer.

Do I understand correct that you wish to prefill the fields on the portal with values based on a condition (in your case users)?

If so, cloud does not support this. Adaptavist is working with Atlassian to make this available I think, but I don't know when this would be ready. 

Then you should be able the manipulate the create screen and add conditional content. 

Until then I'm afraid I don't think you can.
