Hi everyone !
I need your advice, please...
I would like to configure an automatic e-mail to my address to alert me when an e-mail is sent to our support team but the ticket has not been created.
We have secured our project by authorizing only Reporters with an email address attached to our domain. Because of this, we sometimes miss requests from external people. We don't want to give them access to the project, only to take note of their request, even if it means re-creating it in the name of an internal person following the file.
To date, I can only see these cases by going to the "email requests" logs.
Thanks in advance for your help, and have a nice day!

Hope this helps
Best regards
Sam
