Problem:
I am unable to determine how a screen asking for resolution and time tracked pop-ups before completing a ticket.
Steps I have tried:
I have attempted reverse engineering it on projects where it does work as well as research message boards
Screenshots and Main Issue:
Based the screenshot, I am attempting to add the Close Issue form/screen to appear in other projects/workflows where it currently does not exist. Does anyone know how to do that?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?
For a Company Managed project, you need to be a Jira Administrator to modify the Workflow to add a screen on a Status transition.
