Hi all.
I would like the fields in every project and issue type screen to be the same, like this:
I set up a sample project and configured:
1. issue layout (default screen)
2. screen schemes
3. default field configuration
Everything is fine with this project.
Then I created a new project and applied the modifications from the sample project to the new one.
But still I will have to configure the fields and the sequence of the fields manually in the issue layout menu. Why is that so?
I searched the community up and down but still have no clue :(
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

Next-gen project issue layouts are independent of each other, not shared, so you'll have to configure each one separately.

It's a classic project not a next-gen one, but using the "new view".
