Hi,
how can I set a default filter in the issue list? The issues should be filtered by
project = projectNameHere AND status != Invoiced ORDER BY status DESC, updated DESC
Our customers should have this filter by default without having to set a favorite filter (that's too complicated for most of our customers).
I'd like to set a default filter either by project or globally.
Thanks!
Martin
I'm unsure if the workarounds are more practicable then the standard filter of jira. Best would be if the user could just see his tickets filtered correctly. I assume we have to live with that.
Thank you anyway!
Regards,
Martin
Hi Martin,
You could change the System dashboard and include a Filter result gadget that shows the result of this filter for all you customers based on their own permissions.
You would need to share the filter with everybody in your Jira instance to make this work.
They could just click the list to go to the issue navigator version.
Best regards,
Peter

Hi Martin
I guess this has been discussed before in the following channel:
Hopefully it helps.

Hi Daryl,
thanks for your reply. It seems that it's not possible. I thought something like that is an easy basic setting. Maybe in later versions... :-)
