How to separete licenses

I currently have two companies sharing a jira software cloud license and I want to separate them into two different licenses, but without losing the workspaces or issues that I and the user already created. 

I already hace identified the users by company but I don´t know how to divide having two separete licenses.

Hi @adnan_meza ,

You will have to create a new jira software cloud instance and migrate whatever you want to separate from the old one as you cannot "split" the license as you describe.
