How to send mails to a specific status assignee keeping the Project Lead in cc?

How can we send mails to a specific status assignee keeping the Project Lead in cc?

For eg: Mails should go to only those employees whose issue is In-Progress state keeping the Project Lead in loop.

I would recommend you to try the below add-on, called Automation Lite for JIRA.

It's an free add-on that gives you some functions, including some options of sending email.
