Hi there,
I'm looking for a way to extract data from our Sprint Boards that show the total number of Story Points per person at the start of our Sprint and at the end of the Sprint. Is this something that can be done on JIRA Data Centre through JQL's or are there any recommendations on Marketplace Add ons that can be used with JIRA to provide this detail?
Hello @Heidi Foxhall,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community !
Unfortunately, Jira does not provide a built-in field or report that shows the total number of story points completed by specific users within a sprint. However, we understand how important this information can be, and we would not want this limitation to block your reporting needs.
🌱 If you are open to using third-party solutions, we would like to recommend the WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira app. With WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira, you can easily generate reports by defining sprint date ranges in the timesheet or by selecting a JQL filter specific to your sprint. The generated reports can be customized according to your requirements by adding columns such as total time spent, total remaining estimate, sprint, and story points.
🌱 Additionally, when the story points field is included, WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira allows you to view both the total story points per issue and the aggregated story points per user, making it easier to analyze workload and individual contributions at the user level.
🍀To learn more, feel free to contact me or explore the application through the Atlassian Marketplace link I’ve provided. 🍀

Hi @Suraj Pawar
If you are open to try out a mktplace app to sum up story points, take a look at our app:
Below are the main features of the app:
1) Links/Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps Hierarchy :- View/Manage roll up for hierarchy (up to 10 levels), based on your Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps/Issue Links parent child relationship.
The app sums up story points, time tracking fields and custom numeric fields as well, which can be grouped by assignee or other fields.
2) Epic Hierarchy :- View/Manage roll up for standard Jira hierarchy. Epic -> User Story -> Subtask
3) Time in Status :- More than 7 types of Time in Status reports to track issues.
4) Worklogs Report :- Track time spent by resources with multiple filters / category / grouping features
5) Timesheet :- View/Enter your time spent for multiple days

You would need to revert to apps, as ootb this can't be done.
You could look at the app SumUp or other apps that can extend dashboard options.
Or you need to see how automations can accommodate this, by looking up issues per user, based on a lookup table and then branch over the users issues and sum a total of story points.
