How to see tickets assigned to team members in jira ?

I am not able to see how tickets assigned to my team mates in jira ?

to understand status for each individual on ticket progress.

@Nilesh Pawar, welcome to the Community. Are you asking how to view tickets assigned to others?

There are a number of tools for this:

Build a dashboard - Read this article
use a filter - go to Search issues screen and use a JQL something like: project = abc
Go to the project home screen and click on Issues and filters
