How to see the "None" category in smart filters when "None" appears in gadgets?

Lucian_C March 16, 2020

Hello,

I have a rich filter that is shown in a two dimensional rich filter statistics gadget. The rich filter has a smart filter configured that displays the results for 3 specific assignees: x,y & z. The two dimensional gadget displays rich filter results as so: x, y, z & None.

Why is the None category non clickable/not hyperlinked to search results and how can I see which of the results are sent into the None category without going through each result one by one to check that it doesn't fit into x, y & z categories?

Thanks !

I don't think it can be done. I would love to see it this, as it would allow me to find the issues that don't meet any of my clauses yet to see if I can finetune.

Thanks, it would make Richfilters even better

Hey @Lucian_C

Did you ever work out how to do this, as I'm trying to do the same?

Many thanks
Gareth

Hi,

Thanks for answering so quickly. For some reason I cannot reply to your answer Sajit_Nair so here's my reply.
The gray covered names are the smart filters inside the rich filter. The final row is the category I'm talking about.
