How to see carry forward cards on / from backlog without going navigating somewhere else?

What do you mean by "carry forward" cards and "without navigating somewhere else"?

I'm guessing you mean that when your team has not managed to meet what they committed to at the beginning of a sprint, and so one or more stories have rolled over into the next sprint because they did not get done, you want to be able to see those issues.

In the backlog, those issues will be in the next sprint already, unless you chose to drop them back into the backlog when closing the last sprint.
