How to search out all issues changed status from "IN PROGRESS" to "IN TESTING" by me?

I want to search all the issues whose status is changed from "IN PROGRESS" to "IN TESTING" by me. Currently the status of these issues may be "IN TESTING" or "CLOSED". And the assignee of these issues are not me now.

I don't know how to write the advanced search JQL for this purpose. Hope someone could help me. Thank you.

status changed FROM "IN PROGRESS" TO "IN TESTING" BY currentUser()

You can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. This add-on helps you to monitor how long it takes you to complete a task.

You just need to choose a Time in Status report and filter by Assignee.

Choose your name in the drop-down list and get the time you have spent on your tasks in the "Total" column.
